Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Start your day off with this healthy breakfast smoothie. It tastes like desert and is made with healthy fats. Have this nutritious smoothie to give you the powerful mental boost in the morning. 

(serves 2)


1 frozen banana 
1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
3/4 cup Greek yogurt 
1 cup milk
1/2 cup instant oats
Mint leaves for garnish 


  1. Slice banana and freeze in a zip lock bag overnight 
  2. Microwave oats with 1/2 cup milk for 2 minutes and let it cool completely. (You can also use raw instant oats if you like. But I like the oats to be cooked)
  3. Blend everything together. 
  4. Garnish with mint leaves. Breakfast ready!
