Keema Stuffed Paththiri

Keema stuffed paththiri! A malabar special dish. An ideal addition to the evening snack. 


2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup roasted rice flour
2tbsp oil
1 tsp salt(or to taste)
Cold water
Any keema filling 


  1. In a bowl, Knead all the ingredients together and make a not too soft or not too hard dough. 
  2. Then dust flour on a surface and roll out the dough and using a round cutter, cut circles. 
  3. Then place any Keema filling in the centre. Brush water around the edges slightly and place another circle dough over that and seal it with your finger tips and use a folk to get the design. 
  4. Deep fry them in medium hot oil. Enjoy!
