Yogurt Pudding

Looking for a quick recipe? Make this lighter yogurt pudding for dessert the next time you need to satisfy your sweet tooth.


100g any flavoured Jelly Packet (you also can use two flavours)
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups yogurt /curd
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tsp gelatin melted in 1/2 cup hot water.


  1. Mix gelatin with hot water and let it cool.
  2. In a blender, add the gelatin mixture, yogurt/curd, condensed milk and water and the flavoured jelly. Blend well. 
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a serving dish and let it set in the refrigerator.  
  4. Once set, serve. 
If you want two layers
  1. Divide the jelly into two. For example 50g strawberry flavoured jelly and other 50g of apple flavoured jelly. Divide all the other ingredients in half. The measurement for half is as follows:

3/4 cup water
1 cup yogurt /curd
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp gelatin melted in 1/4 cup hot water

First make one layer and put it in the fridge to set for around 30 minutes. Then make the other layer and pour it over the set layer and refrigerate again until it sets completely. Enjoy!
